Responsibilities:

1. On-the-job training combined with classroom education to give you a head start in gaining valuable work experience and earning a degree at the end of the apprenticeship.
2. Initial internship lasting 2 months. The study duration is 3 years, including time spent in our international offices.
3. The curriculum covers fundamental topics of mechanical engineering, such as design, strength theory, and materials science, as well as modules on (quality) management.
4. Induction week to meet fellow students.
5. Time in our international offices.
6. Workshops for developing personal qualities and leadership skills.
7. Language and IT training.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent / university entrance qualification (readiness-to-study test).
2. Good grades in core subjects, especially math and natural sciences.
3. Interest in technical topics.
4. Good communication skills, team player, eager to learn.
