Dual study program in industrial engineering / specialization in energy technology (m/f/d)

With 230 permanent employees and over 220 freelancers, we have been supporting our customers for many years in the planning, manufacture, installation and maintenance of building equipment and supplying solutions of high German quality for construction projects throughout Europe. The construction industry is one of the most important sectors of the economy. The complex tasks require close networking between all those involved in construction.

In order to attract young skilled workers in the long term, we offer the option of a dual course of study, which combines vocational training and a degree in just 4.5 years and therefore two fully-fledged qualifications: a skilled worker in the profession of industrial insulator and a Bachelor\'s degree in industrial engineering/energy technology as an academic degree.

Your tasks during the practical training:

• The Bachelor\'s degree course is completed at Merseburg University of Applied Sciences . Vocational training takes place in the company and at the ÜAZ in Holleben .
• Active collaboration on the construction site as part of the training
• Supporting construction and project management in day-to-day business
• In addition to the engineering fundamentals, business management and construction law knowledge as well as special knowledge in the specialization of building technology are taught
• In addition to the intensive teaching of business management content, mathematical and physical knowledge as well as special knowledge in the specialization of energy technology is taught
