Dual study programme Bachelor of Tourism Management (m/f/d)

Opened in 1971, Hotel NEPTUN is an employer with many years of experience. We employ over 240 staff (m/f/d) and more than 60 trainees from over 20 different countries. Of these, more than 50 employees have been working at Hotel NEPTUN for over 25 years.

Your area of responsibility

During the 3-year programme, divided into 6 semesters, you will work in the operational departments of Logistics and F&B Management as well as the Marketing, Controlling and HR departments. This will give you a comprehensive insight into the interlinked processes of the hotel.

Our partner universities are the Duale Hochschule Sachsen / DHSN Breitenbrunn (NC-free) and the HWR Berlin (NC-free). The DHSN offers the possibility of accommodation in a hall of residence on its family campus.

Theory and practice alternate in 3-month blocks. Your final thesis takes time. You will therefore receive special leave from us to write your thesis and receive support from a competent practical supervisor.

After your Bachelor's degree, you have the opportunity to complete a Master's degree programme that is suitable for you. Do you want this to be part-time? If you perform very well, we will be happy to take you on as a trainee and support you along the way.

• A-levels (NC of 2.5 - maths A-level grade at least 7 points)
• Very good general knowledge
• Excellent mathematical and analytical understanding
• Very good organisational and sales skills, high guest and service orientation

• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Initiative, flexibility
• Well-groomed appearance, ability to work in a team, reliability

Ideally you have already completed an internship in the hotel or catering industry or have other experience in this field. You are also welcome to do your internship with us.
