BLB NRW Duisburg, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany – The Duisburg branch of the Bau- und Liegenschaftsbetrieb des Landes Nordrhein‑Westfalen (BLB NRW) invites applications for a dual study student (w/m/d) in Business Law (Duales Studium Wirtschaftsrecht) starting at the Westfälischen Hochschule in Recklinghausen.

Responsibilities

• The dual study program lasts eight semesters, alternating between theory and practice; details on the study schedule are provided in the linked program description.
• You will receive support from experienced mentors for both professional and interdisciplinary questions.
• During the practice phase you will assist the purchasing department with procurement and award processes.
• Exposure to advisory and strategy development, contract drafting, the award process and subsequent contract adjustments.

Profile & Qualifications

• Completed or currently pursuing a (Fach-)Abitur or an educational qualification qualifying for university admission; alternatively a comparable qualification is anticipated.
• A strong interest in economic and legal contexts, especially in the real‑estate sector.
• Comfort with numbers and data analysis.
• A strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, reliability and a high level of learning readiness.
• Excellent communication skills.
• German language skills at least at C1 level (fluent in speaking and writing).

Compensation

Your monthly remuneration will be approximately €1,230 in the first year, rising annually to about €1,400 in the final year of the study program.
