We are looking for a Dutch-speaking Sales Representative to join an international team and support business growth by managing client relationships and driving sales opportunities.
Proactively contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, or digital channels
Identify customer needs and present suitable products or services
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals
Keep CRM systems updated with accurate customer and sales information
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Fluency in Dutch (native or near-native)
Good level of English (for internal communication)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Sales-driven and target-oriented mindset
Ability to work independently and manage priorities
Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is a plus (not mandatory)
