Dutch-Speaking Sales Executive (On-Site | Berlin)

We are currently hiring a Dutch-Speaking Sales Executive to join an international sales team based on-site in Berlin. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and engaging with Dutch-speaking customers.

As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales opportunities, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth sales process and contribute directly to revenue growth.

What we are looking for:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales (marketing experience is a plus)
• Dutch C1 level and English B2 level
• Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
• Comfortable working on-site in a structured sales environment
• Candidates must already be located in Berlin

What we offer:

• Base salary: €2,750 gross/month
• Performance bonus: up to €687.50
• Language bonus: €300
