LikeMind are currently supporting a Microsoft Gold Partner in Germany in their search for a Dynamics NAV/BC Consultant to join their growing team. This is a permanent position based in the Düsseldorf area, offering a hybrid setup and the chance to work closely with clients on ERP transformation projects.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for customers when it comes to process consulting within Business Central
• Understand existing business workflows and identify how they can be improved or mapped within the system
• Run workshops and support clients in defining requirements and system setups
• Configure Business Central to match business needs across areas such as finance, purchasing, or warehousing
• Work hand‑in‑hand with developers to ensure requirements are implemented correctly
• Support projects through all phases, including testing, go‑live, and post‑implementation optimisation

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ year of experience with Dynamics NAV or D365 Business Central
• Strong with ERP processes (e.g. finance, supply chain, production, or logistics)
• Experience working with customers or internal stakeholders on requirements
• Have a structured way of working and willingness to take ownership within projects
• Strong communication skills and confidence in a client‑facing environment
• Fluent German and good English skills
• Based in Germany and open to a hybrid setup in the Düsseldorf area
• Hybrid working with flexibility between home office and on‑site presence
