Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer (all genders) - Remote first set up (within Germany)

As a Dynamics 365 CRM Engineer, you will help us run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholders of Eurowings Digital GmbH. You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and enhancing the CRM system, as well as integrating it with other applications and data sources. You will help to design and implement new features and integrations next to providing technical support and guidance to the CRM users and business analysts. What you’ll do Help run, operate and orchestrate daily CRM needs for the stakeholdersAs a technical counter part to the MarTech you will help in Growth Team, adopting business requirements, translating them into technical concepts, and delivering its implementationDevelop, maintain and enhance the CRM system, as well as integrate it with other applications and data sourcesDesign and implement new features and integrationsProvide technical support and guidance to the CRM users and business analystsMonitor, troubleshoot and resolve CRM issues and incidentsDocument CRM processes, workflows, requirements and best practicesEnsure data quality, security and compliance with GDPR and other regulationsStay updated with the latest CRM trends, technologies and best practices What you`ll need Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fieldAt least 3 years of experience in developing and maintaining CRM solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power PlatformCore skills in customizing Dynamics 365 CRM, .Net, CRM SDK, Javascript, Typescript, Power Apps and Power AutomateStrong knowledge of CRM functionalities, modules, workflows, business rules, logic apps, plugins, etcProficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL and other programming languages and toolsKnowing the best practices- success by design framework for Dynamics 365Experience in working with Azure services, such as Azure DevOps, Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, etcExperience in integrating CRM with other systems and applications using APIs, web services, connectors and other methodsExperience in working with agile methodologies, such as Scrum, Kanban etc What you`ll bring Excellent communication, collaboration and problem-solving skillsThe ability to work closely with business SMEs, Marketing, Sales, Product, Service for both B2C and B2B to identify business needs and devise technical solutions to address those needsThe ability to support the Business Stakeholders with your deep tool expertise in Use Case Refinement and Delivery ProcessThe ability to be the technical counterpart to the Growth Team, adopting business requirements, translating them into technical concepts, and delivering its implementation. Remote first set up (within Germany): We believe in a hybrid working model with a remote-first approach. This means that our company is optimized for work to be done remotely no matter where you are living in Germany. We believe in flexibility and trusted working times, so there is no standardized “quota” for on-site presence in the office.
