Your Responsibilities

Support clients throughout the full project lifecycle of Dynamics 365 CRM - from requirements gathering and functional design to configuration, testing, rollout, and ongoing support Configure and adapt Dynamics 365 CRM/CE applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Marketing) to meet business needs Translate business processes into system solutions, ensuring alignment between functional requirements and technical implementation Assist in developing and extending solutions on the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) to complement Dynamics 365 CRM Act as the main point of contact for users, providing training, documentation, and post-go-live guidance to encourage adoption Collaborate with senior consultants, developers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within scope

Your Profile

3+ years of D365 CRM/CE experience Strong knowledge of at least one CRM module (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, or Marketing) Practical experience with Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages) is a strong plus Ability to understand business requirements, document processes, and configure CRM solutions accordingly Strong communication and presentation skills with a client-facing mindset
