Description

We are seeking a seasoned Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement professional with strong technical acumen and functional expertise in Dynamics CE.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in Dynamics 365 and CE, architecture, or similar roles.
  • Extensive experience in the technical and functional aspects of Dynamics CE
  • Demonstrated expertise in implementations and the management of ERP software, including integration with third‑party systems.
  • Ability to create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and ERP process instructions.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a cross‑functional team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders and fostering productive collaboration.

Required Skill Set

  • Experience with Customer Engagement Extensibility
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to address complex technical challenges and propose effective solutions.
  • Experience in system integration and interfacing with third‑party systems.
  • Understanding of ERP system architecture and best practices.
  • Experience in delivering technical or functional training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Technical Skills : Mandatory

  • Experience in Dynamics Customer Engagement
  • Knowledge of system integration and interfacing techniques.
  • Understanding of ERP system administration and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems and development tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, GitHub).
  • Proficiency in documenting technical designs and system configurations.
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Online
  • Knowledge in Dynamics 365 modules, Customer service, Omnichannel, Sales and Field Service etc.
  • Understanding of cloud technologies and their implications for ERP systems.

Background experience in Dynamics 365customer service and sales functionality, customizations, and administration.

Starter Kit configuration. In‑depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and customization development will be required
