If you're passionate about delivering impactful ERP projects, advising clients on finance transformation, and working with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies, this role offers both challenge and reward. The RoleAs a Senior Consultant, you will lead the Finance workstream on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance projects across national and international client engagements. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, deliver innovative finance solutions, and serve as a trusted advisor to clients during their ERP journeys. Key Responsibilities🔹 Lead workshops, run fit-gap analyses, and design end-to-end finance solutions on D365🔹 Advise on best practices across General Ledger, AR/AP, Fixed Assets, and cost accounting🔹 Oversee application configuration, data migration, and system integration🔹 Support finance testing and ensure delivery excellence🔹 Drive process transformation, stakeholder engagement, and change management🔹 Stay ahead of tech trends – including Microsoft Copilot and AI integration🔹 Mentor junior consultants and share knowledge internally Your Profile✔️ Strong background in D365 Finance consulting (partner or in-house)✔️ Confident in solution design, process discovery, and client delivery✔️ Understanding of German GAAP (HGB), tax compliance; IFRS a plus✔️ Familiar with MB-300 and MB-310 certifications (preferred)✔️ Interest in AI and automation tools (e.g. Power Platform, test automation)✔️ Able to travel within Germany when required✔️ Fluent German and English (essential) What’s on Offer🔸 Remote-first role – based anywhere in Germany🔸 Up to €85,000+ base salary depending on experience🔸 Work with Microsoft’s latest innovations including AI and Copilot🔸 Visible impact within an ambitious, growing international consultancy🔸 Autonomy, trust, and end-to-end responsibility in your project delivery If this sound like you then send your CV over so we can discuss the next steps.
