The job as a Spare Parts Specialist

In order to make the repair of our e-bikes as efficient as possible, we are looking for a spare parts specialist to be part of our operations team in Berlin (Schönefeld).

Key Responsibilities

• Make inventory bookings
• Carry out inventories
• Bring the right parts to our mechanics so they can carry out their repairs efficiently
• Place orders for replacement parts
• Contact suppliers (email, telephone)
• Perform order tracking
• Additional projects depending on interest and time

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• Expertise in e-bikes/bicycles
• PC skills (email, Office)
• An interest in learning everything about bicycle spare parts in order to keep our inventory current and complete
• High level of organisation and sense of responsibility
• Willingness to work in a team
• Fluent knowledge of German and good knowledge of English
• Enjoy solving problems
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced and changing environment
