E-Commerce Country Manager (all genders)
Overview
We are looking for a proactive Country Manager (all genders) to drive the growth of our e-commerce business in one of our key markets (UK, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Romania, or Hungary). You will take ownership of performance across our new markets, from KPI analysis and P&L/budget management to planning and executing targeted marketing campaigns. Your Role
- You are responsible for the KPI-based country analysis, the target / actual comparison and the actions to be taken for our new European e-commerce stores. In this context, you will take ownership of the P&L and the budget for at least two of these markets.
- With your e-commerce expertise, you develop targeted marketing activities and campaigns in collaboration with our Campaign and Commercial teams.
- You act as a project manager by collaborating with internal stakeholders from different teams to continue developing our e-commerce stores and to achieve the countries\' goals.
- You will drive internal initiatives to optimize your market performance, document the project status and define clear goals.
Your Profile
- At least 3 years of experience in e-commerce, with a good grasp of P&L, key performance metrics, and how to turn insights into practical actions.
- Native-level understanding of one of our focus markets: UK, Spain, Portugal, Norway, Romania, or Hungary, including local consumer habits, and the overall market landscape.
- A strong sense of cultural awareness for your market, helping you shape campaigns and communication in a way that truly fits the local audience.
- Fluent English (business level); German is a plus but not essential.
- Confident analytical skills, you can spot trends, explain changes in performance, and suggest what to do next.
- Clear and confident communication skills, and the ability to work well with different teams and stakeholders.
- Nice to have: experience with Tableau, advanced Excel, or similar tools to help interpret and visualize data.

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 EUR (annual brutto). The offered salary will be within this range based on the recruitment process outcomes.
