Job Description

Junior E-Commerce Manager – USA (m/f/d) | Full-time

What You Bring to the Table:

• Keep our Shopify and Amazon storefronts running smoothly with day-to-day execution across product updates, launches, and promotions.
• Manage product data to ensure all listings are accurate, optimized, and up to date.
• Coordinate product launches, sales events, and seasonal campaigns from start to finish.
• Focus on website usability and improving the customer experience across all platforms.
• Support troubleshooting and collaborate with developers to resolve issues quickly.
• Own ongoing Quality Assurance checks to keep the site polished and reliable.
• Help build and refine internal processes as our team and business grow.
• Play a key role in creating an e-commerce experience that’s both on-brand and high-performing.
• Bring ideas to the table—whether it’s improving the customer journey, boosting conversion, or sharpening how we go to market.

Your Requirements:

• Bachelor´s Degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
• Hands-on experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or online merchandising — ideally in a DTC environment.
• Proficiency in using Shopify; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central, Klaviyo, or CMS tools is a plus.
• Solid understanding of core eCommerce metrics and user behavior, coupled with a strong desire to keep learning.
• Organized and detail-oriented — you catch the small stuff and keep things on track.
• Proactive and curious — you bring ideas, ask smart questions, and take initiative.
• Strong written and spoken English skills (C1 level preferred).
• A team player with a get-it-done mindset and a sense of ownership over your work.
