Your Mission:

• Take responsibility for the development and management of our Dutch Webshop
• Manage operations, analyze, and continuously optimize e-commerce processes
• Drive the (further) development of e-commerce concepts
• Optimize UX (User Experience) and CJ (Customer Journey)
• Support SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) and optimize the UK webshop
• Plan, execute, and monitor various marketing campaigns (Email, SEA, SEO, Affiliate, Retargeting, etc.)
• Conduct competitor, content, relevance, and keyword analyses

What Sets You Apart:

• Successfully completed relevant degree or equivalent qualification
• Early-career experience (0–2 years) in e-commerce or digital marketing—internships and student jobs included
• A pragmatic approach, strong hands-on mentality, independence, and teamwork skills
• Agile mindset
• Native-level Dutch, both spoken and written
• Initial market knowledge for the Netherlands is an advantage
• Preferably interested in the camping & outdoor industry
