About the Role

As E-Commerce Optimization Manager (m/f/) for Italy and France at Redcare, you are responsible for optimising and enhancing the search and recommendation features in our online shops for these markets. Your primary goal is to help customers easily find the products and information they need, inspire them and drive business growth. In our daily work we use tools such as Algolia and Econda, accompanied by a set of AI/ML based services.

This position is planned as a part-time role with 28 hours per week . We’re currently not offering it as a full-time position, but we’re open to flexibility: if you’re interested in working slightly more or fewer hours, feel free to apply anyway – we’d be happy to discuss what working hours suit you best.

Responsibilities

• Optimise and enhance the search and recommendation features for Italy and France markets.
• Use tools such as Algolia and Econda as part of daily workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on customer needs and business goals.
