for Germany will play a pivotal role in shaping the local product portfolio in a

. This involves strengthening relationships with local branches of existing suppliers and establishing partnerships with new suppliers that align with both market demands and commercial objectives.

Reporting directly to the Purchasing Director and operating within defined guidelines, the
E-Commerce Retail Buyer's
core responsibilities include:

• Relationship with suppliers in a retail environment
• Conducting comprehensive market, supplier, and product analysis.
• Onboarding new suppliers and products, negotiating key terms (including pricing, delivery schedules, payment conditions, lead times, guarantees, etc.).
• Engaging with suppliers to negotiate prices and purchasing agreements.
• Continuously evaluating and optimizing commercial conditions.
• Monitoring supplier performance and category-specific KPIs.
• Overseeing all aspects of negotiation, including pricing, contractual terms, and promotional initiatives.
• Managing product databases efficiently.
• Coordinating with internal departments regarding supplier updates and changes.
• Supporting trade marketing negotiations.
• Facilitating the development of strategic partnerships.
