Founded in Berlin by Jacqueline Mikuta and Klemens Weiss, MIKUTA began in 2017 with a jewelry line and expanded into women's ready-to-wear in 2019. Today, MIKUTA is an independent fashion brand known for effortless design, premium feel, and a distinct point of view.

Our Team is spread across Europe, with a Studio Office in Berlin and a production Office in northern Portugal.

ABOUT THE JOB

We’re expanding rapidly, and to support our Head of E-Commerce, we’re looking for a (Junior) E-Commerce Specialist - Shopify take ownership of our online store operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation and growth of MIKUTA’s e-commerce business: managing Shopify, marketing campaigns and cross‑team collaboration while optimising customer experience and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain Shopify product listings, collections and pricing. Support product launches and coordinate with the warehouse for restocks. Escalate platform issues as needed.
• Oversee all Shopify operations, ensuring smooth checkout, payment, and shipping flows. Define merchandising strategies.
• Implement onsite promotions, discounts and merchandising campaigns. Partner with marketing to manage campaigns, upsells, and lead SEO/CRO initiatives.
• Monitor customer feedback and support CX initiatives, setting up loyalty and post‑purchase flows. Identify and resolve systemic issues.
• Prepare weekly performance reports, track KPIs and flag anomalies to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with product, marketing and fulfillment teams. Provide Shopify guidance and support to colleagues.
• Assist with A/B testing and optimisation, summarising results and recommending improvements.

ABOUT YOU

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, knowledge of a second language is an advantage, especially of German, French or Spanish.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organisational skills, eagerness to learn and the ability to execute tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in Shopify, Excel or Google Sheets and reporting tools.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana or Jira is a plus.
• Ideally, you have experience in e‑commerce operations, online store management or digital marketing, preferably in the fashion or accessories industry.
• Basic knowledge of CRO and SEO is a plus.
