In this highly visible role, you will be at the centre of a System-on-Chip design effort collaborating with all fields, with a critical impact on getting functional products to millions of customers quickly. Join us!

Minimum Qualifications

• You hold a Bachelor or Masters in Electrical / Computer Engineering, or equivalent strong experience.
• Ability to fluently speak and write in English.
• Have been in contact with DFT activities (MBIST, SCAN, ATPG)

Preferred Qualifications

• You understand DfT specifications and driving DfT architecture and methods for designs.
• You have experience with Verilog and/or VHDL, and have used simulators and waveform debugging tools.
• You enjoy conducting experiments during silicon debugging, capturing and analyzing data, and using scripting.
