Position Overview

This is a vacancy for a hybrid or on‑site role at our HQ in Tutzing. You will be on‑site 2‑3 days per week and work remotely the rest of the time. The role is part of our Project Services Team guiding customers through implementation and use of our Data Platform, Data Network, and connected Data Products.

Responsibilities

• Leading customer‑facing workshops and requirement sessions in English.
• Implementing and configuring EDI/integration solutions using Lobster or comparable tools.
• Supporting customers throughout project lifecycles, from concept and design through testing and go‑live.

Qualifications

• Strong customer‑facing skills and ability to communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders.
• EDI background or solid technical background in data integration, interfaces, or similar areas.
• English language skills fluent enough to independently lead customer workshops.

Desired skills

• Experience working with Lobster or a comparable EDI/integration tool.
• Background in supply chain EDI (logistics, retail, manufacturing).
• Hands‑on experience with SAP connectors or SAP integration.
• Previous experience in project‑based work or consulting (implementation projects, roll‑outs, integrations).
