RESPONSIBILITIES

• You will be the internal and external contact person for questions and onboarding processes of the central settlement associations based on EDIFACT, e-invoicing, and other procedures.
• You will participate in projects, including release changes, e-invoicing implementation, new procedures, and processes, and will take on partial/project management responsibilities in the future.
• You will gradually assume responsibility for the EDI systems in central settlement and the bank (Seeburger BIS 6.7 Cluster, Seeburger CMA tools, MFT Solution).
• You will review and optimise existing technologies and EDIFACT/e-invoicing processes.
• You will develop comprehensive test procedures and carry them out together with test management.
• You will work closely with the specialist departments and the associated IT areas of the bank and support them as needed.
• You will communicate with our service providers and manage them.

WE NEED

• You are a business information scientist/computer scientist with a background in business administration; alternatively, you have IT training or many years of professional experience in IT-related areas and have consolidated your in-depth knowledge through further training.
• You have knowledge of common interface technologies and transaction and industry standards in the EDI/EAI environment (XML, XSLT, EDIFACT, AS2, FTP, SFTP, ZUGFeRD, X-Rechnung).
• You already have project experience and bring with you very good know-how of Seeburger products and processes as well as EDI standards and procedures.
• Ideally, you already have experience in one or two programming languages and knowledge of SAP ERP and S/4Hana.
• You are confident in German (C1) and have a good command of written and spoken English.
• You enjoy working in a team and on site at our office locations, and you have a driver's license.
