EDI Specialist / IT Admin (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Independent administration of central EDI systems, monitoring, error analysis, and optimization
• Setting up EDI processes with external partners in coordination with the specialist departments until they are ready for productive use.
• Setting up the necessary mappings.
• Internal and external contact person for all questions related to EDI.
• IT system administration in the Microsoft environment.
• Support for MS Office and other office software. Collaboration on a variety of projects, e.g., improving security, introducing new systems or new processes. Creation of documentation and operating instructions. Preparation and implementation of training courses in the use of PCs and software.

  YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed training or studies in IT/EDP or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Several years of practical experience in the EDI environment (ORDERS, INVOICE, and DESADV), preferably with LOBSTER
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft administration, standard software, and IT security
  • Analytical thinking, team spirit, and ability to work independently
  • Experience in user training would be desirable
