Jung von Matt HAVEL is looking for an Editor Digital / Content Creator (d / f / m).

As a passionate and hands‑on Editor Digital / Content Creator you support the planning, creative strategy concept, and optimization of creative social media campaigns. If you have a strong affinity for TikTok, Instagram & Co., are excited to work closely with creatives, and have a deep understanding of social media strategy and analytics, this role offers the perfect entry point to shape impactful content across channels.

Your tasks :

• Develop, create, and execute concepts for video and animation content
• Responsible for translating creative concepts into dynamic moving images, - whether through animations, edits, music, or motion‑enhanced assets that grab attention in the first second
• Translate strategic and emotional cues into motion that reinforces broader brand narratives
• Development of diverse layouts, key visuals, and presentation templates
• Create and produce video content using a smartphone or DSLR camera, including lighting and sound
• Open to integrating AI tools into your creative process - from ideation support to AI‑enhanced motion design - to increase efficiency and explore new creative possibilities
• Always on top of creative and cultural trends, integrating new visual styles, editing techniques, and narrative approaches into your concepts to keep clients ahead of the curve

What you score with :

• Proven experience as a creative motion designer, with a focus on social‑first and motion‑driven campaigns
• Excellent understanding of social platforms, their creative possibilities, and user behavior (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Excellent design sense and the ability to direct visually and motion‑wise
• Integrate AI into Motion Design – Leverage AI‑driven tools to enhance creative workflows, experiment with emerging technology, and push the boundaries of digital motion design
