E&I Construction Lead

We are currently supporting our client in the search for an experienced E&I Construction Lead to join a major pharmaceutical project based in Frankfurt, Germany . This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to a high-profile build within the pharma sector, working alongside a dynamic and professional team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all Electrical & Instrumentation construction activities on-site.
• Ensure compliance with German electrical regulations and codes, maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of E&I works.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues, and provide technical guidance throughout the construction phase.
• Support commissioning and handover activities as required.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience working on pharmaceutical construction projects in Germany.
• Strong working knowledge of German electrical regulations and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing E&I scopes on large-scale industrial or pharma projects.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Eligible to work in Germany (EU citizenship or relevant work permit).
