For our headquarter in Hechingen, we are looking to fill the following position as soon as possible in part-time (50 %):

Your mission

• You are responsible for procuring office supplies, occupational safety equipment, technical and electronic components, and small parts
• You check invoices, process complaints, and coordinate returns
• You proactively work to improve supplier performance in terms of costs, quality, and delivery reliability
• You support us in purchasing projects and supplier development
• You are the purchasing interface to the accounting department

Your profile

• You have successfully completed commercial training
• You have at least two years of relevant professional experience in operational purchasing, ideally in medical technology
• You are fluent in German and have good written and spoken English skills
• You are confident in using MS Office and have experience with ERP systems
• You have strong communication and negotiation skills and act in an entrepreneurial manner
• You work in a structured, independent, and team-oriented manner and remain resilient even in stressful situations
