Electrical Building Services Engineer (m/f/d)

Engineering & Consulting – As a nationwide consulting firm with around 50 employees, we successfully support clients from the real estate industry across six locations in Germany. To expand our expertise, we are currently building an in-house engineering team specializing in MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) design.

Your responsibilities will include the independent planning and design of electrical and communication systems, the preparation of specifications and tender documents, advising our clients, and supporting colleagues from other departments on all aspects of the building life cycle.

We are currently looking for passionate and motivated Engineers (f/m/d) to join our teams in Munich, Stuttgart, Cologne, Hannover, Hamburg, and Berlin —and help shape the future!

Your Tasks:

• Plan and design building service systems
• Independently perform technical calculations
• Prepare preliminary designs and detailed construction plans
• Develope standard detail drawings
• Create technical drawings, schematics, and specifications
• Supervise construction work and participate in site meetings
• Cooperate with clients, architects, and contractors
• Manage schedules, budgets, and quality control throughout the project

You...

• You have successfully completed a degree in Electrical Engineering or a technician qualification (f/m/d).
• You have some experience in building services system planning – ideally 2–3 years, but career starters and professionals switching fields are also warmly welcome!
• You think analytically and work in a structured manner.
• You are familiar with relevant standards, legal requirements, and technical regulations.
• You understand technical processes for complex building systems.
• You are confident using MS Office.
