This is a key role where you will design and customise electrical systems for cutting machines, ensuring they meet customer‑specific requirements and comply with industry standards. You will work closely with colleagues in mechanical design, production, and external suppliers to deliver high‑quality, reliable solutions. The position offers the chance to work on technically challenging projects in a well‑established company known for precision engineering and innovation.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical systems for machines and equipment.
Create detailed electrical schematics and technical documentation using EPLAN.
Adapt and modify base designs to meet individual customer specifications.
Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth implementation and compliance with standards.
Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation in machine control systems.
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning when required.
Ensure designs meet safety regulations and quality requirements.

Profile:

Degree in Electrical Engineering or completed vocational training with relevant experience.
Practical experience in electrical design.
Strong knowledge of industrial control systems, frequency and servo drives.
Experience with EPLAN is highly desirable.
Mechanical engineering knowledge is an advantage.
Good German language skills for effective communication.
Willingness to travel occasionally within Germany and internationally.
Ability to work independently, with strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
Team‑oriented mindset and willingness to learn new technologies.
