Electrical Engineer Supervisor | Renewable Energy | Eastern Germany | Permanent

We are currently seeking an Electrical Engineer Supervisor to join our client, a fast-growing project development company in the renewable energy sector. The company operates across multiple European markets and is playing a key role in driving the energy transition through large-scale photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to take ownership of electrical installation supervision on renewable energy projects, ensuring technical excellence, safety compliance, and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation activities on PV and BESS project sites
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety regulations, and project specifications
• Oversee subcontractors and installation teams, ensuring quality and timely completion of work
• Conduct site inspections, testing, and commissioning support
• Liaise closely with project managers, design engineers, and other technical departments
• Report regularly on project progress, risks, and site performance

Essential Skills:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or Site Manager, ideally within the renewable energy or utility sector
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, medium and low voltage installations, and relevant standards (e.g., VDE)
• Excellent understanding of health, safety, and environmental requirements on construction sites
• Fluency in German and good English communication skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites across Eastern Germany
