Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the electrical systems package.
• Oversee site safety in coordination with the project management and safety teams, including setup and completion of the safety file.
• Promote strong Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental standards across the team.
• Manage site QA processes, ensuring proper setup, tracking, and close‑out.
• Coordinate project scheduling with project management, engineering teams, and client requirements.
• Control all package‑related costs, including labour, subcontractors, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
• Manage daily site operations and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and procedures.
• Oversee subcontractors, track progress and manpower, and conduct weekly coordination meetings.
• Manage snagging/punch‑list processes and distribute items to relevant subcontractors.
• Track labour hours and submit weekly reports.
• Participate in site, internal, engineering, planning, and handover meetings.
• Support full project close‑out, including final account, O&M manuals, snag lists, safety and QA files, and material/plant demobilisation.
• Issue weekly cost and progress reports (internal and external), highlighting risks and schedule impacts.
• Schedule and track material deliveries according to project needs.
• Maintain a weekly photographic record of site progress.
• Perform all other duties related to the role.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Trade qualification and/or relevant third‑level degree.
• 5–10 years’ experience in project management.
• Strong understanding of industrial relations.
• Solid knowledge of Health & Safety standards.
• Experience in design‑and‑build environments.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent IT and communication skills.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and lead large‑scale project delivery.
