Electrical Site Manager - Substation Project!

The successful Site Manager will join a project in Germany to complete the substation scope of work all the way to commissioning and hand over.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure works are completed safely, on time, and to spec, in line with project schedules and client requirements
• Enforce and promote strict adherence to HSE standards and CDM regulations
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and site documentation (RAMS, permits, ITPs, etc.)
• Liaise with end client and stakeholders to ensure clear communication and project transparency

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of electrical regulations, infrastructure, transmission/distribution networks, and NG or DNO procedures
• Excellent HSE track record on Electrical projects
• IOSH/NEBOSH or equivalent HSE qualification
• Strong stakeholder management ability and excellent communication skills, fluent in both English and German
• Engineering degree or diploma, preferably in the Electrical domain
• Ideally experience managing substation scopes of work
