We are looking for an experienced Electrical Supervisor. This role is responsible for managing all site elements of the project for the client and ensuring full project deliverables are achieved. The role reports to the Project Manager and/or Contracts Manager and involves daily liaising with suppliers, site supervisors, project managers, EHSQ, and subcontractors.

SALARY: €70,000 - €75,000, including flights, accommodation, and an overseas living allowance.

Must have the right to work in the EU and be willing to work in Germany.

Electrical Site Supervisor DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure on-site delivery and compliance with EHSQ standards, conduct toolbox talks, prepare RAMS, and enforce PPE usage.
2. Ensure all relevant permits are in place.
3. Plan weekly look-aheads and schedules.
4. Coordinate plant hire, tools, and labor on-site.
5. Direct and train apprentices to manage deliveries and perform daily checks.
6. Oversee and manage labor, site supervisors, and subcontractors.
7. Execute commissioning and closeout plans.
8. Ensure completion of snag lists.
9. Manage external correspondence related to the project.
10. Order daily site materials.
11. Update progress reports with relevant information.
12. Develop project-specific schedules.
13. Communicate changes to the project team.
14. Monitor and report on project quality.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum three years of experience in a Foreman role.
• Fully qualified electrician and QC tester.
• Project management experience is beneficial.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
