We’re looking for Electrical Test Engineers to help bring our cutting-edge trains to life.

🔧 Your Mission
You will be responsible for testing electrical systems on new trains in line with rigorous procedures and delivery schedules, ensuring every system performs flawlessly before it hits the tracks.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Execute train tests according to defined procedures and customer acceptance criteria.
• Perform systematic handovers from manufacturing and ensure all test reports are completed.
• Identify, trace, and manage failures with precision and urgency.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the EPU Test Manager and propose process improvements.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, industrial, and quality teams.
• Maintain and report on KPIs and ensure compliance with EHS standards.
• Report deviations, near-misses, and accidents promptly

Qualifications

• Test and/or commissioning experience in industrial environments (rail, automation, or process industries).
• Strong technical knowledge in electrical, electronic, mechanical, and network systems.
• A result-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to work across multi-cultural teams and functions.
• Strong team spirit and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
