Responsibilities
- Leading teams on large complex installation projects with limited supervision.
- Leading and documenting daily toolbox talks, ORMs and Safety Audits.
- Installing and maintaining equipment at both the local and global level per design packages.
- Programming and installation of head end equipment for Access Control, Intrusion Detection and CCTV systems.
- Troubleshooting and isolating both systems and/or hardware at both a local and global level.
- Lead the on-site software commissioning and testing.
- Lead inspections, evaluations, and inventory; performing take-offs from project drawings; creating and documenting daily reports and project progress.
- Document and track RFIs; design assist and provide feedback.
- Documenting daily reports and project progress; communicating project and team member issues/concerns to management.
- Create and manage project schedule; integration of IDS, ACS and CCTV systems.
- Forecast and manage project labor hours; communicate effectively with supervisors and subordinates.
- Guide and mentor technicians.
Qualifications

Key Requirements
- Requires a valid driverâs license. This position may require ongoing or intermittent use of a company vehicle.
- Selected candidates must possess an acceptable driving record in accordance with our policy.
- 100% travel is required.
Education
- HS diploma or GED; Military Electronics Training (minimum 720 classroom hours) or
- Graduation from an accredited Electronics Technician program or
- Graduation from an Electrical Apprenticeship program
- An additional three (3) years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities
Required Progressive Experience
- 8+ years of electronics installation and/or maintenance activities on multiple systems and with multiple customer programs
- 3 years of the above experience must be focused in electronic security systems
- Strong oral, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated background working with multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated time management and organization skills to meet deadlines and quality objectives
- Strong MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills are a plus
Desired / Advantageous Qualifications
- Vendor certifications in multiple IDS, ACS, and CCTV systems (e.g., CCURE, Lenel, Identiv/Hirsch Velocity, Bosch products, AIphone Intercom Systems, Windows operating systems & certifications), with experience in installation of said systems.

Pay Range
USD $36.00 - USD $60.00 /Hr.
