This is what you can expect:

• Timely and professional assembly and installation of our packaging machines, conveying and packaging systems at the Dinslaken site and at customers’ sites internationally.
• Supervision of the machines and plants from initial commissioning to final acceptance at the customer’s site.
• Carrying out, monitoring and documenting function tests, test runs, and machine adjustments.
• Training of the customer’s machine and plant operating personnel on site.
• Carrying out service work for the installation, maintenance, and fault analysis of our machines and plants at the customer’s site.
• Preparing cost estimates for repairs and spare parts procurement.
• Telephone customer support for technical machine problems.
• Construction and wiring of control cabinets for machines as well as control cabinets.
• Checking the control cabinets by taking measurements, detecting, and rectifying faults.
• Proactive cooperation with the construction, mechanical, and electrical departments.

This is what we expect:

• Successfully completed training as a mechatronics technician (m/f/d), electronics technician for automation technology (m/f/d), or comparable.
• Relevant professional experience in the areas of service and commissioning of machines and plants.
• Ideally, you are familiar with the areas of special machine construction, electrical engineering, automation technology, and control cabinet construction.
• Knowledge of reading electrical plans.
• A high degree of willingness to undertake national and international business trips to our customers (approx. 30% of your intended work with us).
• Hands-on mentality.
• Driving licence class B mandatory.
• Strong customer and service orientation.
• Flexibility and commitment, personal responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Good written and spoken English round off your profile.
