Grundsätzlich sind damit alle Geschlechter mit einbezogen.“**Ihre Hauptaufgaben:*** Montage elektromechanischer Baugruppen anhand technischer Unterlagen und Zeichnungen * Mess-, Prüf- und Diagnoseverfahren nach Prüfanweisung anwenden * Technische Störungsursachen ermitteln und Fehlermeldungen erstellen * Erstellen der entsprechenden Prüfdokumentation * Elektrotechnische Bauteile montieren/verdrahten, Kabel zurichten und verlegen * Antriebssysteme und Sensoren einbauen * Systemparameter mit vorgegebenen Sollwerten abgleichen * Individuelle Konfiguration von Geräten * Durchführen von Wareneingangsprüfungen gemäß Spezifikation * Durchführen von Endabnahmen mit Dokumentation und Freigabe * Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Prozesse * Arbeiten mit einem BDE System * Einhaltung und der 6S Richtlinien * Einhaltung der Vorgaben zur Arbeitssicherheit **Ihr Anforderungsprofil:*** Fundiertes Wissen aus den Bereichen der Mechanik und Elektrotechnik* Sicherer Umgang mit Mess- und Prüfmitteln* Anwendung von Metallverarbeitungs- und Verbindungstechniken (Manuelles Drehen, Fräsen, Umformen, Trennen und Kleben)* Gutes allgemeines technisches Verständnis* EDV-Kenntnisse* Teamfähigkeit* Gute Feinmotorik* Genaue und präzise Arbeitsweise* Gutes Sehvermögen**Our commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:***LivaNova values equality and celebrates diversity.
