Context Join a multidisciplinary engineering team supporting Airbus avionics programs. This role spans embedded software development, system integration, automated testing, and hardware documentation. You’ll contribute to the full lifecycle of avionics systems—from simulation and coding to bench testing and certification—within a DO-178-compliant environment.

In addition to strong technical skills, the associate should demonstrate key soft skills such as proactiveness (mining additional requirements), the ability to build and maintain customer relationships, foster trust, and exhibit strong stakeholder management and negotiation capabilities

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and verify embedded software components (C/C++/Python)
• Define and execute system-level test cases on Airbus benches (ZOC, CAN)
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using LabVIEW, BUDDY, CANoe, and vTESTstudio
• Create and adapt embedded simulators and internal tools for integration workflows
• Draft and manage technical documentation : SRD/SDD, HLR/LLR, ATP/ATR, BOMs, engineering drawings
• Analyze and resolve anomalies using JIRA, ClearQuest, and Airbus PR/MISP tracking tools
• Ensure traceability and compliance with DO-178 lifecycle standards
• Operate within Airbus toolchains: DOORS, ClearCase UCM, Git, SAP, Solid Edge, CAM tools
