Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support during project delivery, installation, commissioning, and after-sales operations for EV charging and related energy solutions.
  • Respond to customer technical issues in a timely and professional manner, including issue diagnosis, troubleshooting, escalation, follow-up, and closure.
  • Track and manage technical cases raised by customers, service partners, and internal teams to ensure effective resolution and clear communication.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for product or system issues and support implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate closely with R&D, product, quality, and service teams at headquarters to resolve technical problems and communicate field issues accurately.
  • Gather customer feedback, recurring failure patterns, and operational insights to support continuous product improvement and upgrade planning.
  • Support field service activities, including commissioning support, remote debugging, issue coordination, and repair guidance where required.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, service procedures, training materials, and repair case summaries.
  • Deliver technical training to customers, partners, and service personnel to improve product understanding, correct usage, and maintenance capability.
  • Support internal teams with technical inputs for RFIs, technical questionnaires, and other non-commercial tender-related documentation when required.
  • Maintain accurate records of technical cases, resolutions, lessons learned, and product issues in internal systems and knowledge bases.
  • Support the development of best practices for technical support processes, service quality, and customer satisfaction across the region.

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Electronics, Communications, Instrumentation, Measurement & Control, Automotive Engineering, Automotive Service Engineering, or another relevant STEM field preferred.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in technical support, field service, commissioning, after-sales support, or similar roles in EV charging, power electronics, renewable energy, energy storage, or related industries preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding of EV charging systems and related electrical or electronic equipment.
  • Experience in troubleshooting, fault diagnosis, and technical issue resolution in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong written and verbal Chinese Mandarin and English skills are essential; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as needed for customer and project support.
  • Willingness to travel across Europe as required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with DC fast charging, AC charging, charging software platforms, or integrated charging and energy systems.
  • Familiarity with commissioning processes, remote support tools, and technical case management workflows.
  • Experience supporting customers, distributors, or service partners in the field.
  • Ability to read electrical diagrams, product manuals, and technical specifications.
  • Exposure to OCPP, network communications, diagnostics, firmware updates, or charger maintenance processes.
  • Experience compiling failure analysis reports, repair case studies, or technical training materials.
