Employee (all genders) Customer Service – Pharma Wholesale

Your mission

• Order processing of goods shipments in compliance with legal, country and customer regulations and posting these in the ERP system
• Checking, account assignment, posting and tracking of incoming and outgoing invoices
• Planning and control of order picking and transportation
• Written and telephone correspondence with customers, suppliers, logistics partners and internal departments
• Processing returns and complaints in collaboration with internal departments

Your profile

• Completed commercial vocational training
• First professional experience in wholesale, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry and very good GDP knowledge
• Initial management experience is desirable, but not necessary
• Very good German and good English skills
• You are IT-savvy and ideally have experience of working with ERP systems and MS Office
