Responsibilities:

• Ensuring efficient communication and smooth information flow between project managers and the planning department.
• Supporting the planning department and construction staff.
• Planning and organizing the working hours of construction personnel, as well as providing general support in all areas of personnel planning.
• Providing continuous operational support regarding construction personnel.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English, Polish, and German.
• Experience in personnel planning, preferably in the construction industry.
• Independence and reliability.
• Category B driving license and willingness to travel for business purposes.
