As a renowned supplier of devices and equipment for testing various material properties, the company stands for high-quality and durable measurement and process technology. The devices are used in quality assurance and research and development, from laboratory equipment to small series production.

Job Description

  • Performing maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work on complex technical equipment, primarily in-house and on‑site as needed.
  • Providing technical support training for internal colleagues and international sales partners.
  • Providing technical support for our sales and service companies worldwide.
  • Creating and preparing technical documentation, especially for error analysis and troubleshooting purposes.
  • Maintenance and further development of relevant content in the product knowledge database (PKDB) and/or similar systems.
  • Design and implementation of e‑learning units to convey knowledge efficiently and digitally.
  • Creation of video documentation on maintenance, commissioning, repairs, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications

  • Completed training as an industrial electronics technician or mechatronics technician.
  • Relevant experience in technical support or service environment is desirable but not a prerequisite.
  • Sound knowledge in the analysis of technical malfunctions and causes of errors as well as deriving suitable solutions.
  • Routine handling of support documentation, knowledge databases, and digital platforms.
  • Organizational and communication skills.
  • Team spirit, determination, high self‑motivation, and resilience.
  • Very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel occasionally for work.
