Your mission

• Looking after our guests in a professional and caring manner
• Handling enquiries, requests, feedback and complaints from guests, both live on site and by email or phone
• Checking in and out our guests
• "Concierge" activities
• Ordering, receiving and correct storage of goods
• Administration and maintenance of customer data
• Adherence to and implementation of hotel standards as well as legal regulations regarding hygiene and fire protection

Your profile

• Completed vocational training in the hotel industry or in a comparable field; you are also welcome to join the company as a career changer
• Very good manners and a well-groomed appearance
• Quality awareness and communication skills
• A good sense for the "little things
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, resilience and a confident manner even in stressful situations
• Good language skills in German and English
