As Part of Our Direct Personnel Placement Service

On behalf of our customers, we are looking for an employee (m/f/d) in the sales office in the Bonn area as part of our direct personnel placement service.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for checking orders, checking contracts, and the current terms and conditions
• Personal responsibility for order processing and general tasks in the sales office
• Collaboration in the preparation of offers and order verification, issuing of invoices and delivery bills
• Interface between departments and customers
• Thorough article and customer data maintenance in the ERP system

Your Profile:

• Successfully completed commercial vocational training as a merchant (m/f/d) in wholesale and foreign trade or comparable university studies
• First work experience in the sales office
• Good written and spoken English skills required
• Confident handling of the MS Office packages; knowledge of ERP would also be an advantage
• Customer- and service-oriented working methods, as well as organizational talent and team spirit
