Procurement / Purchasing employee (f/m/d)

YOUR TASKS

• Independent and forward-looking procurement, especially of media technology and IT products
• Negotiation of prices, conditions and contracts with suppliers
• Close co-operation with the specialist departments to determine requirements
• Analysing the procurement market and identifying new suppliers
• Ensuring the quality and availability of procured products
• Order processing, deadline tracking and complaint processing
• Maintenance of supplier relationships and databases in the ERP system
• Checking and recording incoming goods
• Creating the forecast for project procurement
• Support with logistics and shipping

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG

• Completed commercial training
• Several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally in the field of media technology or IT
• Strong negotiation skills and assertiveness
• Analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English
