We are seeking an ambitious colleague to join our team as a Laboratory Quality Control Technician (m/f/d).

Position Objective:

Facilitate timely execution of QC tests on incoming samples of raw materials, intermediate, and finished products according to established testing procedures, as well as participating in maintaining the qualification/validation status of equipment and methods within the quality control laboratory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently process incoming sample materials including sampling in accordance with current test instructions
• Perform and document method implementation /validation studies and take ownership for maintenance and condition of instruments
• Contribute to the internal quality management system (training, self‑inspections, etc.)
• Participate in overarching, cross‑functional projects, as needed
• Communicate with other departments to ensure smooth operations

Your Profile:

• Training on the job as a chemical laboratory technician or equivalent qualification
• Working experience in pharmaceutical quality control of active ingredients, ideally with experience in the field of rt‑PCR
• Strong analytical and technical understanding
• Good working knowledge in evaluation and documentation of laboratory tests/results in a GMP environment
• Proficient in office standard software and laboratory equipment/LIMS applications
• Structured, solution‑oriented, self‑motivated work approach, with a hands‑on mentality
• Ability to work independently in a small team, pro‑active attitude and strong quality mindset
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken, willingness to work early/late shifts
