This role connects academia and industry through strategic outreach, corporate collaborations, and student–industry projects.The position is full-time, but may also be shared between two people or offered part-time (50%), depending on availability and qualifications.## Your responsibilities:* Employer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with companies across industries, promoting Constructor University as a talent hub for internships, jobs, and collaborations.* Career Fair & Corporate Events: Lead the Career Fair and other employer networking events; secure sponsorships, speakers, and company participation.* Student Lab & Industry Projects: Coordinate student–industry collaborations, developing real-world consulting and research projects.* Alumni–Corporate Collaboration: Leverage alumni networks to create career opportunities, internships, and mentorship programs.* Career Skills Program Management: Plan and deliver workshops and seminars to help students develop employability skills relevant to the global, EU, and German job markets.* Revenue Generation & Growth: Develop paid recruitment services, secure sponsorships, and track KPIs for employer engagement and student placements.## Your qualifications:* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.* Experience in employer relations, corporate partnerships, sales, or business development.* Strong event management skills, particularly in corporate and career-related settings.* Excellent sales and negotiation skills to drive sponsorship and employer engagement.* Fluent in German & English (full professional proficiency required).* Strong networking skills and ability to build relationships across industries.* Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce), career platforms (Jobteaser, Handshake), and employer outreach strategies.## What You Can Expect at Constructor University:As an international, private university of global standing, we are on a path of continued growth and expansion of our program portfolio.
