Role Overview We are looking for an experienced

Engagement Lead – Managing Marketing Omnichannel (Creative)

to own senior client relationships and lead strategic omnichannel marketing engagements within the life sciences and healthcare space. Based in

Frankfurt , this role combines client leadership, creative strategy, and commercial accountability.

Key Responsibilities Act as the senior, trusted partner for global and regional marketing clients Translate client business objectives into effective omnichannel and creative strategies Lead integrated marketing programs across digital, content, CRM, web, social, and campaign channels Ensure consistent brand and customer experience across all touchpoints Provide senior oversight to creative, content, and delivery teams to ensure quality and timely execution Own account financials, forecasting, and profitability Identify and drive organic growth, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities Lead client governance, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions

Experience & Skills 10+ years’ experience in marketing services, digital agencies, or consulting, ideally within life sciences or healthcare Strong background in omnichannel marketing and creative-led engagements Proven success in senior client relationship management and account growth Solid understanding of pharmaceutical and healthcare marketing environments Strong commercial acumen and stakeholder management skills
