Engagement Managers are the on‑scene leaders who run our projects day to day. You will lead the team through an efficient and effective problem‑solving process from initial hypothesis based on deep industry and function know‑how through convergence on a solution. You will ensure that recommendations are bold, practical, relevant, and cohesive. This role demands thought leadership at the strategic level and command of project leadership and stakeholder management capabilities. You will need great communication skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.
