Job Details

We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time (40 hours per week) – ideally in Berlin or Düsseldorf and partially home-office (3 days per week). Please note that for this position we will only be able to consider candidates that are fluent in both English and German.

Your tasks

• You build and continuously optimize cross-functional team setups for client engagements
• You collaborate with business and project leads to ensure effective staffing decisions
• You match talent to roles based on skills, availability, and team dynamics
• You support company-wide goals for utilization and workforce capacity
• You navigate staffing-related escalations with empathy, transparency, and speed
• You ensure seamless collaboration across disciplines and clusters
• You oversee and monitor engagement metrics such as capacity, productivity, and reporting

Your skills

• You ideally have experience in project delivery within agency (e.g. Engineering Manager, PM, PO, Client Manager etc.) or technical environments
• You bring a strong talent-matching mindset and a strategic approach to team building
• You thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• You collaborate effectively with diverse, interdisciplinary teams
• You manage conflict with fairness and professionalism
• You communicate clearly and fluently in English and German (C1 levels), manage expectations proactively, and negotiate confidently
