What You´ll Do

· Running engine test bench operations including setup, test execution, monitoring, and shutdown

· Analyzing engine performance behavior and collaborating with propulsion engineers to interpret results

· Maintaining and upgrading test bench equipment to ensure operational reliability and safety

· Supporting test campaigns by preparing engines, instrumentation, sensors, and data acquisition systems

· Troubleshooting issues in real time to ensure test continuity and safety compliance

· Contributing to process improvements and helping define best practices for test operations and test rig maintenance

Requirements

What You'll Need

· Engineering degree in mechanical, aerospace, propulsion, or a closely related field.

· Experience in engine test operations, propulsion testing, test benches, or similar experimental environments.

· Strong understanding of mechanical systems, fluid dynamics, thermodynamics, and engine behavior.

· Ability to work with instrumentation, data acquisition systems, and control equipment.

· Technical curiosity is paired with analytical thinking for interpreting complex test data.

· You may come with a highly relevant PhD alone or with a strong professional track record.

· Familiarity with safety regulations for test environments is a plus.
