Engineer (d/m/f) for Test Means Operation and Maintenance at Airbus

Overview

For our renowned customer Airbus Helicopters we are looking for an "Engineer" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks

• Elicitation of requirements, specification of functional requirements
• Validation of the tool suite in its operational environment
• Development of smaller tools for support activities in the area of maintenance
• Management of the diagnosis and solution of problems in the field of test systems for avionics
• Installations of new tool suites
• Proactive monitoring of the test systems used (hardware and software) and ensuring the implementation of the measures
• Working with IT to ensure proper IT support
• Cooperation with the development team in Marignane (France) to represent the requirements of Donauwörth
• Responsibility for the development, integration, maintenance and support of test scenarios in the test system for end users, with which
• Support from a back office for development in Marignane/Donauwörth
• Responsibility for continuous improvement of test systems and processes to enable end users to increase their efficiency
• Improve (test automation)

Your profile

• Completed studies in the field of engineering, aerospace technology, avionics or comparable
• Several years of work experience in engineering
• First experience in project management
• Experience in support is an advantage
• Knowledge of simulations, software tools and avionics
• Confident handling of Windows and UNIX/Linux as well as MS Office
• Knowledge of programming languages, including Python and C, C++
• Very precise way of working and ability to comply with standards
• Experience in international cooperation
• Fluent German and English skills
• Knowledge of French is an advantage
• Willingness to travel on business
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Keen interest in continuous improvement
